The first official press conference of the 16th WMF Minigolf World Championships took place on Saturday, July 13th in Kunshan, China.
The championships will be held near Kunshan in the ancient water town Zhouzhuang on October 18th– 27th. WMF President Dr. Gerhard Zimmermann represented WMF in the press conference and was one of the three speakers.
Welcome to the website of the 2019 World Championships General Class, which will be played from the 23rd until the 27th of October 2019 in Zhouzhuang, China. We are proud, because this is the first World Championships organized outside Europe. WMF and minigolf is going more and more global!
Zhouzhuang is located in Kunshan city, Jiangsu province and is about 60 km from Shanghai downtown and 40 km from Suzhou downtown. Zhouzhuang is China’s oldest water town and is also called "Venice of the East".
